Special Fee Event
Location: Offices of Bricker & Eckler LLP |
By popular demand! Following a webinar that CDFA and OEDA hosted earlier this year, this special workshop will look at Downtown Redevelopment Districts and how this new opportunity in Ohio could help provide financing to rehabilitate historic buildings, promote economic development, and advance innovation. Funds can be utilized for loans and grants to owners of historic and non-historic properties, contributions to special improvement districts or CICs, public infrastructure improvements, and grants and loans to technology oriented businesses, incubators and accelerators located in innovation districts. Join CDFA at the offices of Bricker & Eckler to learn how communities in Ohio can utilize these new tools. Case studies and example scenarios will be presented to help communities see opportunities for how Downtown Redevelopment Districts could work given their own parameters.
